Step One: Analyzing the Face & Design A Better Smile
The facial analysis takes into account your features such as facial symmetry, right or left facial dominance, reference planes of the eyes, mouth, and teeth, lip curvature, lip dynamics, the number of teeth and gums displayed in a full smile, and chin prominence.
Dr. Rashida and her team will personalize the “smile” that best suits you by taking these facial characteristics into account and analyzing them. Once the face analysis and initial smile design are completed, the initial plan is shared with the interdisciplinary planning team, which includes the principal smile designer, the restoratives planning team, and the background team to have better information, to begin face analysis and smile design brainstorm on the initial plan to improve your treatment plan.
